Particularly good and excellent location so close to the center by bus and metro, removed from the tourist traps, and Madrid, and the room was air-conditioned. We had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave available. There was an excellent bathroom with a bath, great after a long day.

The property was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The location was excellent. It is in a nice, residential area that is very centric and well-connected, but removed from the tourist traps. There are multiple bars and supermarkets nearby, as well as a park and tube stations. The process for checking in and out was smooth, and they had a helpline available that included out-of-hours support. After quite a bit of chasing, they did provide the travel cot we had requested and fixed the air conditioning.

The air conditioning was weak and took a long time to cool the room. There were some issues with cleanliness, such as a clogged shower drain and garbage in the kitchen.

I recently stayed at Mit House in Madrid for a short trip to visit my son. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the nearest metro station and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The shower was excellent, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to store my suitcases in the office on my last day. a great experience!

The apartment was equipped with a kitchen that had all the essentials, including a dishwasher. As someone who loves cooking, it was a great convenience for me to prepare my own meals.

The oven in the kitchen was a bit small for my taste. However, I understand that it might not be an issue for others who prefer eating out or cooking simple dishes.
